Orthoview provides a platform for drone mapping professionals to manage drone data, organize projects, and deliver results to their clients.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Orthoview. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content, including drone data and mapping files.

6. Intellectual Property

The Orthoview platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our services.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data delivered through our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orthoview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orthoview from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
